Well, I wrote an email a day earlier about what time we will arrive, so they can prepare our luggage (to minimize possible delays, because we were in a hurry). Suddenly nothing was done/prepared and we have to wait until they found and deliver them from an external storage. This was not the first time I have used Airportels services, but from all the other branches, this one was the worst and slowest service. I will probably use their service again, but have to warn other people that they are slow and pickup is not straight forward (expect delay 10-20min).

Organised for luggage to be picked up from hotel didn't turn up .They then phoned to say they had made a mistake on collection. cost to airport 1200.00 baht +3000 storage for 6 days .thanks for making life stressful. Cost of taxi to airport 600baht airport storage 150 baht a day cheaper and easier to do it yourself.

Dropped off our bags and paid 100 per bag as noted on the sign. Then we went to pick up the bags and we’re told to pay 100 and that they don’t take payment at drop off. We couldn’t find a receipt so we weren’t able to prove we already paid. Keep your receipt to avoid the scam

This service was a lifesaver as i traveled from Bangkok to Chiang Mai for a quick visit but did not need all of my luggage and was going to return to a different airport. I would definitely recommend this service. The information was clear, updates along the way and the price was great. No complaints at all.

I had amazing experience with the Airportels service. We needed our bags earlier than what we had planned and they were able to accommodate the change (we called them 4 hours prior our new pick-up time). I would highly recommend booking drop-off online to ensure that there is space for storage. We we're lucky enough to have made the cutoff. I believe if you had delivery service they would still take the bags. Would happily use the service again!

It was pretty convenient to register at the counter. Overall my experience was great. They check the condition of your luggage before they accept it. They notify you when the luggage are being moved and when it arrived. I only don’t know why they need my flight number. Luckily, I had information at hand. But if I didn’t have them as most of my information were through my mails, I don’t know what would happen. Anyway, I also wasn’t unsure about the pickup time for my luggage. I was late for 30mins but they were kind enough to let it slide. (However, I do not know if there are delay penalty) I’d recommend it. Price is just acceptable. You can trust them for safety. Transfer was from the mall to the airport.

It's safe and convenient. I used hotel delivery from hotel and airport delivery from hotel. I was especially surprised by the fact that the store staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport were responding in various languages. AIRPORTELs would like to select the best employee. I don't remember the name, but I remember that it was possible to speak Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese. Thanks to you, I will use it again next time.

Perfect solution for our late return flight from BKK. We checked out at the hotel with many hours to spare before going to the airport. We decided to deliver our luggage to Airportels and have it brought directly to the airport while we went on sightseeing. This made our last day in Bangkok! We had a nice day visiting many nice places without heavy suitcases dragging us down. Four thumbs up! :-) :-)
